You do not receive a rewritten personal statement. You receive a findings report: where the story parts company with the evidence, what a rushed reader will skip, and the order in which to repair the file. If you want someone to write the essay, this is the wrong office.

They did not rewrite my daughter’s statement. They told us which three claims the referee could not support, and we cut them. The file that went out was smaller and, for the first time, consistent.
