How we read

A file in, a findings report out

This is the sequence we use for university, scholarship, school, and postgraduate audits. The document-pack check is shorter and skips the essay reading. Nothing here is automated; a named reader does the work.

Person comparing printed pages and notes at a desk
01

You describe the destination and the date

A short note is enough: the school or award, the round, and when the file must leave your hands. We tell you whether the remaining calendar can hold a proper reading, and which service fits. If it cannot, we say so before any fee is agreed.

02

You send the pack as it would be submitted

Drafts, transcripts, activity lists, referee briefs or letters, and any forms already filled. Incomplete packs are not a moral problem; they are a scoping problem. We will not start the paid reading until the list we agreed is on the table or in the inbox.

03

One reader sits with the whole file

We read for contradictions, missing evidence, tone that will not survive a second pass, and the order in which a stranger will actually look at the pages. Marks go into a findings document, not into the margins of your only copy.

04

You receive a written report and a revision order

The report names what to cut, what to witness, and what to leave alone. It is not a rewrite. You decide which marks to take. A follow-up call of up to forty minutes is included on full audits so the marks can be walked through.

05

You keep the next draft

If you want a second reading of a revised pack, that is a new booking, quoted in writing. We do not retain copies longer than the period described in the privacy note, and we do not send your file to any institution.

What to bring to Taman Putra

Printed packs are welcome. So are PDFs. Bring the destination’s own checklist if you have one. If a referee letter is confidential, bring the brief you gave the referee instead. We can work from either, and we will say when the missing letter is the risk.

The office hours are Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00–18:00. Drop-ins are not guaranteed a same-day reading. Telephone +60 3-42922447 if you are already in the neighbourhood and want to know whether a reader is free to receive papers.

Ready to put a file on the desk

Request a reading with the destination and your deadline. We reply with the document list and a fee confirmation. No payment is collected on this website.
