Institutional admissions-file quality review
A confidential review of how a school, tuition centre, or counselling desk prepares student application files before they leave the building.
When many students pass through one counselling desk, the same shortcuts appear in every file. Template referee letters, activity lists that never change, and statements that share a house style are visible to an outside reader even when they are invisible inside the office. This review is commissioned by the institution, uses anonymised samples, and returns a private briefing. It is meant to tighten the files, not to advertise the school.
