Delivery: PDF via secure link; print collection at our Klang office or courier within Selangor.
Process
- Scope call — You describe wards, date range, and management questions (30 minutes, phone or in-person).
- Record transfer — You provide HIS exports, Excel ward boards, or scanned tally sheets via agreed secure method.
- Data review — We confirm field mappings and flag gaps before analysis begins.
- Draft charts — First chart set sent for your ward manager review within three weeks.
- Revision and delivery — One revision round included; final PDF and print delivered.
Preparation required
Gather discharge summaries or ward census exports covering your chosen period. If using paper records, ensure ward codes match across sheets. Assign one ward manager as the point person for label clarifications.
